About Us
The Cottonwood Tennis Club was established to provide opportunities for tennis playing residents of Cottonwood Palo Verde at Sun Lakes to participate in organized play, team play, tournament play and social events with friends and neighbors with a common interest. IronOaks and Sun Lakes Country Club residents may also join the club if they have paid the appropriate annual fee required by the Cottonwood Palo Verde Homeowners Association.

Annual memberships run from April 1st each year to March 31st of the following year and dues are payable in advance.  An annual club membership entitles members to participate in Monday - Friday mornings organized play, club sponsored social events, and subscription to the newsletter. 

Membership meetings are held monthly, October through March.  Time and place of meetings are posted on the club bulletin board and here on the website.
ABOUT US

The Cottonwood Tennis Club is comprised of 6 Board members and over 170 volunteers to create over 7000 hours of individual play hours for their members.  Additionally, members of the club provide free tennis lessons for new and intermediate players each Monday and Tuesday evening at Cottonwood.

The Board members and volunteers develop and manage the following activities for their members:
  • Member Orientation Program
  • 8 Inter Club Tournaments
  • 3 Intra Club Tournaments
  • 2-Day East/West Tournaments for all Sun Lakes Communities
  • 5-Day Bradshaw Tournament for all Sun Lakes Communities
  • 12 Mens and Womens Leagues
  • 5 -- Weekly year long organized play sessions (mens, womens and mixed play)
  • 6 -- Monthly Dinners
  • Annual Picnic and Tennis Evening for members and guests.

The CTC has over 300 members and is open to all Cottonwood Palo Verde residents.  With established quotas, the club is open to residents of other Sun Lakes Communities.
