Membership Fee/Payment
Annual membership fee for April 1 - March 31:   Single $40.00  /   Dual $80.00
Residents of Sun Lakes Country Club or Iron/Oaks must also pay an annual tennis fee to the Cottonwood/Palo Verde Homeowner’s Association per the reciprocal agreements with these two Sun Lakes communities.  This fee is the same as they would pay to the club/association in their community.  A separate form must be completed and a check made payable to SLHOA#2 must be submitted at the association’s administrative office.  The fee covers 12 months from the date of payment.  Contact the association’s Recreation Directory for this form and payment

  • Applicants claiming Phase II residency must be in good standing with the association.
  • The membership fee is paid on an annual basis (April 1 – March 31) and is due not later than March 31 for the following 12 months, after which time it will be considered delinquent, and there will not be a listing in the new directory.  There is no prorating of the membership fee except that applicants joining at any time in March will receive a membership through March of the next year.
  • Checks should be made payable to the Cottonwood Tennis Club.  Deposit the check and this form in the suggestion box located at the tennis bulletin boards or mail them to:  Cottonwood Tennis Club, C/O Mary White, 25846 S. Hollygreen Drive, Sun Lakes, AZ  85248.  

Welcome!  Contact Susie Dunn at 480-802-4419 if you have questions about membership.  She will call you shortly after this form is received and processed.  An orientation leader will meet with you to provide detailed information about the tennis club and its’ activities.  Name tags will be prepared and made available.  You will also receive a complementary dinner at any tennis dinner meeting of your choice (sorry, it does not include the holiday dance).
